REFUNDS/RETURNS
We make every effort to provide high-quality products to meet the needs of our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. We understand that each situation is different.

CANCELLING AN ORDERWe are unable to cancel any orders once they have been placed. DAMAGED PRODUCTS/WRONG ITEMS Full or partial refunds will be given on orders that are damaged or defective outside of the customer’s control or any wrong items received. Please contact us at cassandra@sanssoaps.net if you received a damaged or defective item.
Refunds are issued to the account used to place the order. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGESan's Soaps is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please ensure you have the correct and complete address before placing an order. All items are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
