Returns & Refunds Policy
At San’s Soaps, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade products with care. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Order Cancellations
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted, as we begin processing them immediately to ensure timely delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly issue a full or partial refund.
To report an issue, email us at cassandra@sanssoaps.net within 5 days of receiving your order and include:
